By using this website and placing an order with Vesselure, you agree to the terms outlined here. We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct or update information when necessary.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order when necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any payment received for that cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

Vesselure accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want your Vesselure pieces to arrive safely and as described. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@vesselure.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is verified, Vesselure will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please keep the original item and packaging until the issue has been resolved. 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at hello@vesselure.com.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, artwork, text, logos, graphics, and branding belongs to Vesselure or is used with permission. This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission. 

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activity that could harm Vesselure, the website, or its users.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

Because Vesselure products are porcelain, slight variations in appearance may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
