Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if needed, including cases involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any payment received for that cancelled order will be returned.

All Sales Final

All Vesselure sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer’s remorse. Please carefully review your order, product details, and shipping information before completing your purchase. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want your Vesselure pieces to arrive safely and as described. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@vesselure.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue. If the issue is verified, Vesselure will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement when applicable.

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, artwork, text, logos, graphics, and branding belongs to Vesselure or is used with permission. This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission. 

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activity that could harm Vesselure, the website, or its users.
